What are you going to do as Executive Assistant?
At Highberg, we are looking for an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant to support our Executive Board on a daily base. Your work as Executive Assistant at #HIGHBERG
You will be the organizational anchor of the Executive Board and Highberg's Management Team; ensuring clarity, preparation, and follow-through in everything we do. You’ll coordinate meetings, projects, and communication across our entities, helping the leadership team stay focused, aligned, and effective.
Executive & Board Support
- Manage and coordinate all Executive and Board meetings, including agenda setting, materials, and documentation.
- Track action items and decisions, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
- Prepare and organize management meetings and strategy sessions.
- Ensure the Executive Board is well prepared for key meetings, events, and presentations.
Project & Process Coordination
- Support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring structure, timelines, and progress updates.
- Create clarity and alignment across stakeholders in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of executive workflows, communication, and governance processes.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted contact point between the Executive Board and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication flows across the organization.
- Build strong working relationships based on trust, empathy, and a positive spirit.
Operational Organization
- Provide general organizational support to the Executive Board, including light travel and logistics where needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What are we asking?
Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or Project Coordinator at executive level.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating leadership meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring structured follow-up.
Proactive, hands-on, and reliable - you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
Professional maturity combined with a friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
